Dave is a poet, a prophet and a philosopher. He is committed to spreading unconditional love and creating a world where people take care of each other and the planet. He's been an entrepreneur himself (CEO & co-founder of YC-backed Worklife, acquired by Cisco, and COO & co-founder of Wellsphere, acquired by Sequoia/IAC-backed HealthCentral) and spent more than a decade coaching startup CEOs, facilitating CEO forums, training startup execs and leading culture development processes.

His clients have included leaders at Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Solana, Clearco, Coinbase, Reddit, Chargebee, Indiegogo, Nori, Chef Robotics, Klout, Shipt, Pillow, Flixster, Offgrid Electric, Fetch Rewards, Edmodo, Kiva, Wikia, Rypple, and many others. Dave’s been highlighted as one of Silicon Valley’s top coaches by The Information (so it must be true :).

Previously, Dave worked as an investment associate for a top-performing hedge fund called SPO Partners and an investment banker at Goldman Sachs. Dave graduated summa cum laude with a BS in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and earned his MBA from Stanford's Graduate School of Business.

Dave also co-founded a mission-driven venture capital fund called Fearless Ventures that focuses on companies shaping the future of humanity and the planet. He recently published a short course on inner peace called The Course.

He lives in Sun Valley, ID with his wife and two sons.
